Project Overview
The Directorate of Alternative Energy (DAE) is seeking a well-reputed consulting firm to reassess the Pre-Feasibility Study for the Run of River Hydroelectric Power Project, previously conducted by ATKINS. The updated report should incorporate the latest technology, financial analysis, environmental aspects, and investment concerns to ensure the bankability of the project.
Scope of Work
The selected consulting firm will be responsible for:
- Analyzing hydropower potential in Sindh Province.
- Updating feasibility studies using the latest industry trends and technology.
- Preparing financial models and cost estimates for project viability.
- Assessing environmental and social impact factors.
- Conducting legal reviews and identifying required policy reforms.
