Sindh High Court Latest Job Opportunities 2025. The Sindh High Court is inviting applications from Pakistani citizens (both male and female) holding Sindh domicile for 58 vacant posts of Civil Judges & Judicial Magistrates (BPS-18). The appointment will be made on a regular basis with a gross salary of Rs. 210,029/- per month along with medical benefits for self and family, official car, and accommodation (subject to availability).

Positions with Qualifications

• Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate (BPS-18) – 58 Posts
  • Qualification:
    • Law degree from a recognized university allowing the candidate to practice law with a minimum of two years of active practice OR
    • Barrister of England/Ireland OR Member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland
  • Experience:
    • Must be practicing law or working as a member of the staff of the Supreme Court, Sindh High Court, or subordinate courts
    • The following experiences are also considered as practicing law:
      • Legal Assistant/Section Officer in the Law Department, Government of Sindh
      • Assistant Attorney
      • Assistant Solicitor
      • Full-time Prosecutor conducting prosecutions on behalf of the state
      • Civil Servants with at least three years of service in the Federal or Sindh government
  • Age Limit:
    • Minimum: 21 years
    • Maximum: 32 years (as of the last application date)
    • Relaxation:
      • 35 years for Civil Servants with three years of service
      • For Advocates, Pleaders, and High Court Lawyers, the practice period (up to three years) will be deducted from the age
      • For terminated government employees (due to lack of vacancy), the period of previous service will be deducted from the age

Selection Criteria

• Candidates securing minimum 50% marks in the preliminary MCQ test will qualify for the written test
• Candidates securing minimum 50% marks in the written test will be eligible for the interview

  • Domicile & Permanent Residence Certificate
  • CNIC
  • Character certificate from last attended academic institution
  • Two character certificates from respectable non-relatives

  • Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 4,000/- (Non-refundable) in favor of Registrar, Sindh High Court, Karachi

Important Instructions

3. Incomplete or ineligible applications will not be entertained.
4. Government employees must apply through the proper channel with NOC from their department.
