Eligibility Criteria for Project Director Job 2025
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 20 years of experience in public sector organizations/departments, managing development projects.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience as a Project Director in international organizations such as World Bank, UN, etc.
- Expertise in disaster response, project management, monitoring & evaluation, procurement, and capacity building.
- Strong financial, technical, and management skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (written & oral).
- Advanced IT skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Documented experience in humanitarian assistance leadership.
Employment Terms & Conditions
- Reporting Authority: Chairman, P&D Board, Sindh.
- Salary & Benefits: As per World Bank-approved budget provisions.
- Contract Duration: Two years (extendable based on performance and project requirements).
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Domicile Requirement: Sindh Province.

- The Project Director will be selected according to the Government of Sindh recruitment policy.
