  Job Profile:
  The CFO will lead the Corporation’s financial strategy, manage capital, oversee expenditure and investment plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities include representing HW&SC in financial forums and maintaining liaison with auditors including the Auditor General of Pakistan. Qualification:
  Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field recognized by HEC. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA preferred. Experience:
  Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Age Limit:
  Maximum 55 years Tenure:
  4-year contract, extendable based on performance and mutual agreement with HW&SC Board
• Chief Internal Auditor
  Job Profile:
  The Chief Internal Auditor will ensure the financial integrity, transparency, and accountability of HW&SC by managing internal audits, risk assessments, and assisting in external audits. The role requires expertise in audit controls and the ability to guide compliance procedures within the organization. Qualification:
  Certified auditor with credentials such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIA, endorsed by relevant authorities. Experience:
  Minimum 10 years, with at least 5 years in senior management, preferably in public sector audit or risk management. Age Limit:
  Maximum 55 years Tenure:
  4-year contractual position, extendable by the Board of HW&SC
