Position Name: Project Associate / Social Mobilizer
Place of Posting: District Office – Dadu
No. of Positions: 02 (Male / Female)
Age Limit: 25–45 Years
Reporting Line: District Executive Manager / District Project Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in a related field (preferred)
Experience: More than 2 years in social mobilization or emergency response
Skills:

• Social mobilization, community engagement, and disaster response
• Strong linkages with local communities
• Proficiency in computer skills and local residence is preferred
  Other Requirements:
  Certification in Social Mobilization / Community Engagement
  Job Description:
• Experience in implementing Emergency/Heatwave Response Projects
• Beneficiary assessment/selection
• Facilitation in trainings, sessions with IEC material, and special events
• Promotion of peacebuilding and community engagement
• Use of BMIS system for token generation and data entry
• Maintenance of data and documentation (soft and hard)
• Assist donors and visitors during project monitoring
• Build trust and cooperation within the community
• Strong reporting and communication skills

Position Name: District Project Manager
Place of Posting: District Office – Dadu

Age Limit: 30–45 Years
Reporting Line: Project Coordinator & Program Manager
Qualifications: Master’s in a related field (preferred)
Experience: 2–5 Years in project implementation and emergency response
Skills:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Project implementation and training expertise
• Strong linkages with government departments
• Computer proficiency and reliability
  Other Requirements:
  Certification in Social Mobilization / Community Engagement
  Computer skills including MS Office and Email communication

Position Name: Data Expert
Place of Posting: Head Office – Karachi
No. of Positions: 01 (Male / Female)
Age Limit: 30–45 Years
Reporting Line: Advisor Health / Project Manager / Manager MIS
Qualifications: Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Experience: 3–5 Years in data management/software development in health/development projects
Skills Required:

• Proficient in DHIS2, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Kobo, ODK, Tableau
• Knowledge of digital privacy, ethical data handling, and gender-sensitive programming
• Experience with digital health tools in FP/RH projects
• Strong English, Urdu, and local language skills
  Job Description:
• Develop and manage digital data systems and dashboards
• Support mobile-based data collection (apps, tablets, web)
• Provide training and technical support to field teams
• Conduct data analysis, validation, and reporting
• Collaborate with M&E and external developers for system integration and reporting
