Eligibility Criteria for NICL Chief Medical Officer Job 2025
- MBBS Degree from a recognized institute (PMDC & HEC verified).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in medical services.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government or semi-government organizations.
Job Responsibilities of Chief Medical Officer at NICL
- Full-time duty from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days.
- Ensure medical facilities for eligible employees and their family members.
- Handle emergency medical cases at NICL.
- Refer employees to hospitals/consultants when required.
- Verify and approve medical bills to prevent undue expenses.
- Conduct medical examinations for new employees and issue fitness certificates.
- Assess employee health after recovery from illness.
- Maintain liaison with panel hospitals to ensure proper medical treatment.
- Manage medical panels by enlisting new facilities and negotiating rates.
- Maintain medical records to prevent unnecessary expenses.
- Advise management on healthcare policies, safety measures, and preventive care.
- Provide insights on healthcare trends to improve employee well-being.
- Ensure healthcare services for all NICL branch offices in the zone.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by NICL management.
- Remain available via phone for emergency medical cases after office hours.
Terms & Conditions for NICL CMO Job 2025
- Purely on a retainership basis with no permanent employment status.
- Either party can terminate the contract with one-month notice or one-month retainership payment in lieu of notice.
- Remuneration will be treated as an administrative expense, and withholding tax will apply.
