Position: Principal Contract Engineer
Location: Dasu, District Upper Kohistan, KPK, Pakistan
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, registered with PEC
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in hydropower projects
- 8+ years in contract management/administration with a focus on FIDIC Red/Pink Books
Skills:
- Expertise in managing commercial disputes, dispute board proceedings, commercial arbitrations, and contract claims
- Experience in handling variations, contractor’s interim payment applications (IPAs), price adjustments, and value engineering
- Proficiency in English communication and MS Office Suite
- Experience with hydropower projects is an added advantage
Position: Senior Contract Engineer
Location: Dasu, District Upper Kohistan, KPK, Pakistan
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, registered with PEC
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in hydropower projects
- 5+ years in contract management/administration with expertise in FIDIC Red/Pink Books
Skills:
- Competence in contract claims management, variations handling, and management of contractor’s interim payment applications (IPAs)
- Ability to prepare price adjustments, value engineering, and commercial proposals
- Strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Prior experience with hydropower projects is preferred
