Position 1: Senior HR Business Partner (VP/SVP)
Reporting to: Lead HR Business Partner
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Public Administration and/or HR-related certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc., will be preferred.
Experience: - Minimum of 08 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to at least two HR functions or working as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Experience in the financial sector will be an advantage.
Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required: - Proven success in various HR areas within dynamic environments.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling HR projects effectively.
Main Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between business heads and HR, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage the annual performance cycle, talent acquisition, promotions, and other HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Lead nationwide special HR projects.

Position 2: HR Business Partner (OG-I/AVP)
Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.

Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-playing skills.
Main Responsibilities: - Support HR team in daily operations, database management, and responding to HR queries.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and preparing reports.

Position 4: HR Officer – Performance & Rewards (OG-III/OG-II)
Reporting to: Wing Head – Performance & Rewards Wing
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
- HR/Public Administration degree holders preferred.
Experience: - At least 01 year of experience in performance management, compensation, or related HR functions.
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required: - Proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite, with knowledge of SAP HCM preferred.
Main Responsibilities: - Maintain employee performance records and manage deferred remuneration.
- Support performance appraisals and work with HRBPs on performance-related data.
- Collaborate on salary benchmarking and ensure compliance with rewards management.
