Manager MEP (Female)

• Pay Scale: 17
• Qualification:
  • BE (Civil).
  • My preference is for an MSc in Environmental Engineering, Project Management, or Public Health Engineering.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in MEP-related roles.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, WaterGen, SewerGen, EPANET, PRIMAVERA P6, and MS Project.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Number of Posts: 01

Site Inspector (Male)

• Pay Scale: 15
• Qualification: BS/DAE (Civil).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in residential or commercial construction projects.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the Housing Directorate or Bahria Town.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Number of Posts: 01

Senior AutoCAD Operator (Female)

• Pay Scale: 14
• Qualification:
  • DAE (Architecture) or FSc with AutoCAD, Revit, and similar design software expertise.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fresh candidates with excellent academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Surveyor (Male)

• Pay Scale: 13
• Qualification:
  • Matric with additional Surveyor Classes/Courses.
  • Preference for retired Nk or Hav personnel from the Corps of Engineers.

  • Minimum 6 years in Housing/FWO/NLC projects as a surveyor.
• Age Limit: Maximum 48 years.

Helper Surveyor (Male)

• Pay Scale: 9
• Qualification:
  • Minimum 8th-grade education (Matric preferred).
  • Must be physically fit.
• Experience:
  • Experience in field labor work.
  • Preference for retired soldiers with a Surveyor Trade background.
• Age Limit:
  • 30 years for civilians.
  • 38 years for retired soldiers.
