Required Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized local or foreign university with first division
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in managing high-rise building construction projects (7-storey and above)
• Strong command over construction scheduling, planning, and project execution
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• PMP certification preferred
• PEC-registered Professional Engineer is mandatory
• Additional qualifications in Project Management or Engineering Management and knowledge of Primavera software will be considered a plus
