Jobs Positions

1. Position: Assistant Director (Technical) – EG-2
Number of Posts: 6
Quota: Punjab (1), Sindh Urban (1), Baluchistan (1), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (1), Gilgit-Baltistan (1), Open Merit (1)
Qualifications:

  • MSc in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or Computer) with at least a 3.5 CGPA/75% marks.
  • Alternatively, a BSc in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Computer Engineering with a minimum 3.5 CGPA/75% marks from a reputed institution/university.
  • Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
    Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputable ICT organization or telecom company.
  • Preferred knowledge in Fixed and Wireless Communication, Radio Spectrum Management, IEEE, ITU, ETSI, 3GPP/3GPP2 standards, 5G, OTT, Cloud Computing, IoT, AI, and Big Data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of MS Project.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
    Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

2. Position: Assistant Director (Admin/HR) – EG-2
Number of Posts: 1
Quota: Open Merit
Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Human Resource Management (HRM), MBA (HR), LLM, or MPA with at least a 3.5 CGPA/75% marks.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
    Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in BPS-16 or equivalent in the public or private sector.
  • Preferred experience in HR functions, HRMS software, multinational corporations, and policy formulation.
    Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

3. Position: Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts/Audit) – EG-2
Number of Posts: 1
Quota: Open Merit
Qualifications:

  • ICMA, ACCA, MBA (Finance & Accounts), or MSc (Economics) with at least a 3.5 CGPA/75% marks.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
    Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Finance and Accounts.
  • Preferred experience in final accounts preparation, taxation, audit, budget preparation, and financial claims.
    Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
