Vacant Position Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Role Overview:
IESCO is looking for a dynamic and high-caliber leader to fill the Chief Executive Officer position. The candidate will be responsible for driving sustained growth while ensuring customer value. The CEO will need to manage complex projects, promote operational efficiency, and lead the organization with effective team-building and change management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IESCO to achieve its strategic goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by improving service quality.
- Manage and develop a high-performance team.
- Implement sustainable energy solutions in alignment with government policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics).
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business/Public Administration, Management, Economics, or Finance (preferred).
Experience:
- 20+ years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in senior management within the Power Sector.
Age Limit:
- Applicants must be up to 62 years old at the time of application.
Remuneration:
- Market-competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.
Contract Terms:
- The initial contract will be for three years, subject to annual performance reviews by the Board of Directors (BOD). Based on satisfactory performance, the contract may be extended by an additional two years.
