Available Positions

  1. NSER Coordinator (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Management Sciences, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Experience: At least 7 years in relevant domains, with expertise in statistics, data sciences, and data management. Proficiency in compiling, organizing, interpreting, and analyzing data from various sources is essential. Experience with large-scale government projects and international development partners is advantageous.
  2. Procurement Associate (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experience: 4 to 5 years in procurement, preferably within development organizations, government, or donor-funded projects. Familiarity with national and international procurement regulations, including World Bank, ADB, or UN guidelines, is required. Professional certifications like CIPS or CPSM are desirable.
  3. Financial Information Systems Engineer (FISE) (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Financial Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications such as CISA, IPSAS, IAS, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer/Data Engineer are preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in designing, developing, and implementing financial information systems or ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, database management (SQL Server/Oracle), and system integration is essential.
  4. Android Developer (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Experience: At least 8 years in managing the complete development life cycle, with experience in rolling out app updates, version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN, TFS), third-party libraries, and APIs. Knowledge of Geo points, Geo Fencing, GIS mobile app development, and backend API development is required.
  5. Software Developer (01 Position)
    • Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Computer Science or equivalent, preferably from top-ranking HEC-approved local or foreign universities.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Software Developer or Systems Engineer on enterprise-level projects. Extensive experience in Web, Windows Services, Encryption, application development in .Net/VC, C++, Java, Android, and WPF application development frameworks is required. Experience with ArcGIS is preferred.
  6. WAN Specialist (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Experience: Over 6-8 years in internetworking, covering LAN, WAN, Intranet, and extranet, with a total experience of more than 12 years. Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting routing, switching, and security sites, as well as managing PKI infrastructure, is essential.
