Position: Investment Specialist (Sindh Fund Management House)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Experience in financial reporting following International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Data Analysis: Expertise in compiling financial and statistical data, preparing forecast financial statements, and presenting reports to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Strong knowledge of budgetary principles and practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Developing internal reporting requirements as per SECP regulations and handling secretariat requirements with regulatory authorities.
  • Liquidity Analysis: Conduct liquidity analysis to ensure adequate cash flow for financial operations.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant financial software.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications (Must Possess One of the Following):

  • CA Finalist / ACCA / ACMA
  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an HEC-recognized university

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm or relevant financial services sector, including:
    • Banks
    • Insurance Companies
    • Non-Banking Financial Institutions
    • Brokerage Houses
    • Investment Firms
    • Asset Management Companies
  • Relevant experience in financial sector audits, investment accounting, or budget analysis is required.

  • Not exceeding 45 years
