Required Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
- Educational Background:
- B.ScN (Generic) or
- Post RN B.ScN or
- Diploma in General Nursing with a one-year specialization in one of the following fields:
- DIP CARD (Diploma in Cardiology)
- Pediatrics
- Emergency Room (ER)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Midwifery
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant field experience is required. This experience allows candidates to effectively apply their knowledge in practical settings, which is crucial for understanding the challenges and responsibilities associated with patient care in a hospital environment.
