Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institute.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under stress and in different time zones.
Age Limit
- Fresh candidates: Maximum 25 years (including all age relaxations).
- Experienced candidates: Maximum 30 years (including all age relaxations) with a valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
Appearance
- Flight Steward: Minimum height 5 feet 6 inches.
- Air Hostess: Minimum height 5 feet 2 inches.
- Weight: Proportionate to height as per BMI standards.
- Marital Status: Unmarried (for female candidates only).
- Languages: Fluent in English and Urdu. Knowledge of any regional or foreign language will be an added advantage.
- Health: Perfect eyesight. Contact lens users may apply, but the final decision will be made by the PIA Medical Board. Candidates with spectacles or skin conditions are discouraged from applying.

Contract Terms
- Initial contract: 2 years (extendable based on performance and company requirements).
Selection Procedure
- Candidates will undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by an independent testing agency.
- A minimum score of 70% is required to qualify for the next stage.
- Shortlisted candidates will proceed to a grooming assessment and interview.
- Final selection will be subject to a medical examination as per PIA policy.
- Provincial and regional quotas will be observed per applicable regulations.

Important Guidelines
