  1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
    Qualification & Experience:
    • Chartered Accountant (CA)
    • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants
    • Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience
    • Age limit: Not more than 50 years
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop financial and tax strategies for sustainability and compliance.
    • Lead the finance team to foster growth and productivity.
    • Create and manage budgets.
    • Oversee financial operations and maintain reports.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Manage payroll, banking, and asset accounting.
    • Serve as company secretary for board meetings.
    • Report financial risks to the CEO and Board.
  2. Company Secretary
    Qualification & Experience:
    • Member of a recognized professional body (accountants or secretaries).
    • Master’s degree in business administration/commerce from a recognized university.
    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Age limit: Not more than 50 years
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare agendas and minutes for Board Meetings and AGMs.
    • Coordinate with committees and draft minutes.
    • Liaise between directors, officers, and shareholders.
    • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Maintain statutory records.
    • Communicate regulatory changes and take appropriate action.
    • Liaise with external auditors and advisers.
