Job Description:
The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for various consultant positions under the Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals to contribute to educational reform and management in Punjab.

Job Posts:
1. Manager Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Gross Salary: Rs. 549,600/-
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, or Mathematics from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in developing monitoring frameworks, data analysis, and reporting.

2. Manager Network & Support

  • Gross Salary: Rs. 390,000/-
  • Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) degree in Computer Science/IT or related field. CCNP/HCNP/JCNP certification preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 years in IT services, particularly IT infrastructure.

3. Software Engineer (.NET)

  • Gross Salary: Rs. 400,000/-
  • Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Computer Science/IT/AI or a related field. Preference for AI professionals.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

4. Process Engineer (DevOps)

  • Gross Salary: Rs. 400,000/-
  • Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Computer Science/IT or related field. Certified DevOps Engineers preferred.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience.

5. Support Consultant (Implementation & Coordination)

  • Gross Salary: Rs. 160,000/-
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (14 years) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role; donor-funded project experience preferred.
