Position with Qualification & Experience

1. Gender Specialist-01 Position

• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Gender & Development, Women’s Studies, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Specialized Training: Gender Awareness/Sensitization, Gender-Based Violence, Community Engagement, or Strategy Development.
• Professional Affiliations: Membership in recognized industry or professional organizations is desirable.

1. Contract Basis: The position is purely temporary/contractual, renewed annually based on performance.
